Dr. Phi Phan grew up with a knack for assembling and fixing broken things so it was natural to have a calling to be a dentist to repair teeth. He enjoys the challenge of changing smiles and helping, teaching, and educating his patients about dental health. Dr. Phan operates Elegant Smiles alongside his wife, Dr. Eileen Huynh. To meet your smile's needs, Dr. Phan studies and learns new advancements in dental technology, including 3D implant planning technology, 3D scanners and printers, and implant surgical guides. His goal is to ensure that your teeth are healthy and functional so you can eat and improve your overall well-being.
Dr. Phan grew up in Seattle where he earned his Bachelor of Science in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology and his doctor of dental surgery from the University of Washington.
When Dr. Phan is not practicing dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends. He also enjoys hiking, photography, traveling, and exploring new foods.

Phi Phan he is my dentist and my daughters dentist and every time we see him is a great experience personally my experiences with dentists have never really been comfortable and I love that every time I come to get my teeth done. Here is comfortable when I’m done my teeth look amazing and the same for my daughter very professional setting. He really does do a great job and you can always tell when someone has a passion for what they do when the results are impressive. Dr. Phan and his team are exceptional, exquisite and elegant. They make me feel extremely comfortable, explain patiently with any questions I have and take a lot of care with each patient, which I am so grateful for. I personally don’t have a fear of going to the dentist but with all the work I had to get done I could see how it would be fearful, yet I still have no fear. Now I’m looking forward to my next cleaning visit at Elegant Smiles!! Thank you to the entire team for the great experiences, you have a life long patient here! 😁
Amazing office, very communicative, office staff is great and definitely show they care and help anyway they can. I was recommended here by a friend and I am happy I made the switch. I have had appointments with both Dr. Huynh and Dr. Phan, both are great at their work.
I wish I could give more stars to be honest. I came to Elegant Smiles following a terrible experience at a previous dental office, that left me with an infection, a lot of pain, and needing significant work. Elegant Smiles was recommended by a co-worker who raved about them. I was in quite a bit of pain and the receptionist was kind and worked to get me in immediately. At my first examination Dr. Phan made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability to fix the issue right away. The facility is state of the art. No walking from one x-ray machine and back. You sit in a massage chair and the x-ray machine comes to you. All the work happens, and you don't leave the chair once. Following that exam, I was immediately offered a teeth cleaning. I don't know the Dental Hygienists name, but she was excellent! She utilized a state-of-the-art water powered tool that doesn't hurt and require a lot of the normal tooth scraping with tools. She also made me laugh quite a bit and my teeth felt wonderful when I left.On my recent appointment yesterday the dental assistant Ricky greeted me at my chair warmly and gave me detailed information on all the work being completed that day. I had a large filling and a temp crown placement happening. The numbing was easy, the work was comfortable, and the sanitizing procedures they use in prepping my tooth for the crown made me feel confident. They show you scans of your teeth as they occur, and you never once feel confused as to what is happening in your mouth. My temp fits like a charm and I have no pain or sensitivity at all. Dr. Phan and Ricky worked so well together start to finish. I never thought getting a crown would be so easy. The best decision I made was switching to this office. I will never go anywhere else.
