Made by Straumann®, All-on-4 dental implants provide an advanced way to permanently secure dentures to achieve a full arch restoration. This treatment works by inserting the screws (implants) into four spots on each arch. In contrast to other implant dentures, All-on-4 utilizes fewer implants to give you a secure hold. Our doctors recommend All-on-4 implants if you are wanting a fully restored mouth without the bother and dietary limitations of removable dentures. Many Las Vegas, NV patients have reaped the advantages of the groundbreaking All-on-4 process, enjoying high-quality outcomes. If you are interested in finding out more information on All-on-4 and custom dentures, then we welcome you to make a consultation at Elegant Smiles.

All-on-4 implants administered at Elegant Smiles in Las Vegas, NV offer a fixed, long-lasting solution for individuals with a full arch of missing teeth. With only four strategically placed implants, they provide stability, improved aesthetics, and enhanced chewing function, allowing for a beautiful, new smile and a better quality of life. Additional benefits of All-on-4 include:

  • Fully functioning teeth
  • Long-lasting results
  • Vastly improved oral health
  • Better speaking ability
  • Fixed implants require much less care than removable dentures
  • More efficient than traditional dental implants

All-on-4 implants can be utilized to substitute one or both dental arches together with dental implants attached to custom dentures. You might be an ideal candidate for All-on-4 if you prefer the advantages of implanted dentures over removable dentures, which include no or few diet restrictions and no sticky adhesives. You will need to have sufficient bone and gum density to get implants, as the screws rely on your gums and bone to hold them in place. The first step in the All-on-4 process is to take digital scans and x-rays of your mouth. Our dentists will develop your unique treatment plan and go over your choices for sedation during the process. In your first procedure, the implants will be placed in your gums and jawbone. Our team will place a temporary denture over the implants so that you leave with teeth the same day. After a few months, you will return to have your custom-made dentures attached and possibly adjusted for a more comfortable fit.

You may experience some discomfort and pain in your gums following implant surgery. When you are wearing your temporary dentures, there'll be some dietary limitations and cleaning directions to follow. You will also visit for regular follow-ups during the healing period so we can assess your progress and make sure the implants are integrating into your jawbone and gums. Once your custom dentures have been set, you can clean them just like natural teeth with daily flossing and brushing. You should still go to Elegant Smiles for annual examinations and biannual cleanings to maintain your dentures and so our team can track the health of your mouth.

I just had a fantastic experience with Dr. Phi Phan and his team! Dr. Phan is not only professional but also genuinely cares about his patients. The technician, Ricky, was super friendly and made the whole process easy and very informative. And I can’t say enough good things about Trisha, the intern. Her enthusiasm really added to the experience!

The best dentist office experience ever. I'd say probably 3 big highlights of this place that allow it to truly stand above all those corporate dental groups (like a certain one I transferred from). First is the people, man they're some of the warmest I've met outside of perhaps my family and friends, special shoutouts to Dr. Phan (stellar doc with great advice and he's quite funny), Ricky (hygienist who explained everything in incredible detail), and Shonte (I felt like I was talking to my aunt, she asked me all about my day and the like). Second is the exam chair which doubles as a massage chair, thought about placing this point first because you literally get a massage during your dental cleaning. Third is the overhead TV that plays beautiful videos (of I think the California coast?) that you can watch while getting your cleaning. I would recommend this place to everyone, it just feels like a family (you're actually supporting a family business, husband/wife duo), and you feel taken care of here.
