"Was a new patient here and Dr. Phan is so nice. He is very honest and didn’t over diagnose on me. Another office told me I needed a ton of dental work. When I came here they were efficient and upfront. I really appreciated that. The cleaning was gentle with a powder water spray that left me feeling so clean. Thank you Miles for being so gentle!"
"My experience began with the warm, welcoming smile from Daniel at the front desk.She was so kind and made me feel comfortable because I was always scared of going to the dentist. Then I met Dr. Phan who was just as warm and welcoming. I was told I needed 9 crowns and I have been told that several months before by a different dentist , but he did not make me feel comfortable. I decided to go ahead and let Dr. Phan do the work. It was a lengthy few visits but Dr. Phan and his assistant Catherine were so amazing and made me feel at home. They were both so attentive and caring about all my feelings. If I felt any discomfort, Dr. Phan would stop immediately and made sure I was comfortable until he continued his perfection!!!! My teeth look and feel amazing and I HIGHLY recommend him. If you want perfection you need to see Dr. Phan because he is the best!!!! Thank you Dr. Phan."

"Omg I cannot Express the joy that I had realizing that I didn't need a crown because I was insistent upon not receiving a crown because I didn't feel like I needed one so I contacted elegant smiles, and they confirmed that. Yes I did not need a crown and I was very excited about that. The doctor was very professional very caring her main concern was that the customer was satisfied and I was satisfied, so thank you. This will be my new Dentist due to her honesty she wasn't trying to take me to the bank she was very real and down to earth and i love that about her."

"I hate to let the secret out on this gem of a dental practice I found after much research. I came here after a very old filling fell out in my mouth while I was flossing. I was lucky enough to get in the next day. I found out I had a few cavities and in some of the worst areas (right next to the nerve), and my worst nightmare was going to a money hungry dentist here in LV only to be told they want to replace every cavity with a crown. I chose Elegant Smiles after reading on their website that their approach is a conservative one. Sure enough, I was given the option to take the more conservative approach that preserves as much natural teeth structure as possible. The dentist never pushed for a crown. I was very grateful for this for I had the most horrific experience at another dental office here in LV. After all my procedures were done, I was shown pictures of all the teeth that were worked on and boy did they look pretty!!! I really didn't have to say much about my bite feeling right either. The dentist was so precise and skilled that I could just lay there completely unbothered. Lol. I have complete trust in this dentist after this experience. He will take care of my teeth as if I was his family. He will never pressure you to make the more expensive decision for his own profit. I have my whole family coming to this practice now, enough said. Once again, I'd hate for this place to get super duper busy because I'd have a hard time getting in down the road, but if there is anyone out there traumatized from previous experiences at their dentists, I highly recommend Elegant Smiles. You will save yourself a lot of agony."

If you're looking for a dental office that actually gets it, Dr. Phan and his ( and his wife's lol) team at Elegant smiles are the real deal.First off, Shawntae is the absolute heart of the front desk. She's handled all my scheduling (even when I've had to reschedule more than once), juggled insurance claims like a pro, and somehow makes the most frustrating parts of dental care feel easy. She's warm, super responsive, and genuinely cares--like, she remembers every vacation I've gone on, follows up to see how they went, and overall actually makes me feel like I'm more than just a name on the calendar.Dr. Phan himself? Calm, gentle, and incredibly skilled. He explains everything clearly without being condescending, and you never feel rushed. I've had cleanings, fillings, a not so fun crown and an emergency visit , and every time I leave feeling taken care of, not just treated.The office has a great vive as well . It's always clean, smells amazing (not like a typical dentist office), and has these awesome little details that make all the difference--like massage chairs in the exam rooms and TVs mounted on the ceiling so you can watch Netflix while getting work done. I'm not saying I look forward to going to the dentist, but it's dangerously close.The whole team is incredibly friendly--everyone greets you, smiles, and genuinely seems happy to be there. That kind of energy is rare, and it really makes a difference.I can't thank the team at elegant smiles enough.Oh and the tall dental assistant guy is way too cool but super professional as well Thank you team!!"

"Fastest filling ever! Apt was at 9:30am. I was checked out and on my way at 9:45am. Ricardo was so nice and accommodating when I arrived. I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Phan was quick and efficient. I no longer have anxiety coming having to the dentist because I know I am in good hands."
"I have gone to Elegant Smiles several times and each time has been great. The dentists are a husband and wife, and both are very caring and thorough. They really took their time in my first exam and answered all my questions. I had some issues which my previous dentist told me were "normal" but these dentists actually explained potential reasons why they were happening and gave ideas for how I could prevent it. They treated my cavities with care and use new techniques for cleaning and x-rays. Every staff member from hygienists to front desk staff have been so kind and approachable. Highly recommend!"

"The best dentist office experience ever. I'd say probably 3 big highlights of this place that allow it to truly stand above all those corporate dental groups (like a certain one I transferred from).First is the people, man they're some of the warmest I've met outside of perhaps my family and friends, special shoutouts to Dr. Phan (stellar doc with great advice and he's quite funny), Ricky (hygienist who explained everything in incredible detail), and Shonte (I felt like I was talking to my aunt, she asked me all about my day and the like).Second is the exam chair which doubles as a massage chair, thought about placing this point first because you literally get a massage during your dental cleaning.Third is the overhead TV that plays beautiful videos (of I think the California coast?) that you can watch while getting your cleaning.I would recommend this place to everyone, it just feels like a family (you're actually supporting a family business, husband/wife duo), and you feel taken care of here."
"The best dentist I’ve ever been to. I had a 3-4 year gap from my last dentist so I needed some fillings tbh. They walked me through everything so smoothly, showing me each tooth and areas of concern and laid out game plan to move forward. Had my first fillings done here this week and they were so much more precise than any other dentist I’ve gone too, and they made sure that I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. I appreciate the doctors and all of their staff is top notch too. Most people are scared to go to the dentist but this office made it so comfortable it eased my nerves about everything. They play a TV during your care and their chairs are part massage chair if you’re into that. Extra bonus"
"I love Dr. Phan! I've been following him for years. He is seriously the most gentle and thorough! You can tell he genuinely cares for his patients. I'm glad he has his own practice now with such a beautiful office! Recently went in to get fillings replaced and wow, even getting the anesthesia shots were so gentle! Love this guy! If you have dental anxiety he will fix that. Promise you. Literally almost fell asleep twice in the chair during procedure because I felt nothing!"
"I have visited Elegant Smile 3 times in 60+ days and every time, I received outstanding service. I served in the US Army for 30 years and another 16 years as a civilian in the Federal Government. In my experience with both the military and civilian dentists, I have to say that Dr. Phi Phan is the best and most caring Dentist I ever had. I am grateful that he cares about America’s Veterans.Dr. Eileen Huynh is no different. She is professional, caring, and very thorough.Dr. Phan’s assistants Ricky and Juan are professionals, caring, and very good for what they do.The lady (sorry I forgot her name) who cleaned my teeth was very nice and thorough with a soft touch.The front desk ladies are very professional and always on point.I have to say, in this Dental clinic it feels like home. I came to Elegant Smiles following a terrible experience at a previous dental office, that left me with an infection, a lot of pain, and needing significant work. Elegant Smiles was recommended by a co-worker who raved about them. I was in quite a bit of pain and the receptionist was kind and worked to get me in immediately. At my first examination Dr. Phan made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability to fix the issue right away. The facility is state of the art. No walking from one x-ray machine and back. You sit in a massage chair and the x-ray machine comes to you. All the work happens, and you don't leave the chair once. Following that exam, I was immediately offered a teeth cleaning. I don't know the Dental Hygienists name, but she was excellent! She utilized a state-of-the-art water powered tool that doesn't hurt and require a lot of the normal tooth scraping with tools. She also made me laugh quite a bit and my teeth felt wonderful when I left.On my recent appointment yesterday the dental assistant Ricky greeted me at my chair warmly and gave me detailed information on all the work being completed that day. I had a large filling and a temp crown placement happening. The numbing was easy, the work was comfortable, and the sanitizing procedures they use in prepping my tooth for the crown made me feel confident. They show you scans of your teeth as they occur, and you never once feel confused as to what is happening in your mouth. My temp fits like a charm and I have no pain or sensitivity at all. Dr. Phan and Ricky worked so well together start to finish. I never thought getting a crown would be so easy. The best decision I made was switching to this office. I will never go anywhere else."

"As a retired dentist and dental school instructor, I felt very well cared for at Elegant Smiles. The office was spotless and well lit. The reception area was nicely decorated. The receptionist was very pleasant. My hygienist was very thorough but gentle. Dr. Eileen Huynh was very pleasant and cordial. She also seemed quite knowledgeable. Over all I was very impressed with the entire experience. Highly recommend!"

The hygienist gave the best teeth cleaning that I had ever experienced. While cleaning my teeth she explained everything that she was doing and provided an explanation. When she was finished she took pics and shared issues of concern and she gave me advice on how I could improve upon my dental care. "I am pretty busy and usually won't sit down to write a review, but I felt this one deserved the time. I had a badly chipped tooth that several dentists told me needed a root canal. I never had any pain in the tooth, so I just felt that it was possible the tooth could be saved. I did some research and read that a Bio dentist is more likely to take the time to save your tooth., so I searched and came across Elegant Smiles. I saw Dr Phan. He did a xray and a couple tests on my tooth and told me he believed he could save it, but he couldn't guarantee it. Well he did indeed save my tooth! I was so happy! I did not need a root canal and my tooth feels great. He also took a tremendous amount of time to make adjustments to my crown to make sure it fit perfectly and I was 100 percent comfortable. I drove across town to this office and will 100 percent do it again. It is definitely a needle in a haystack. The staff are all super polite and welcoming. They actually answer their phones and call you back. The office is super clean. They don't overbook like most offices, so they also run on time. I highly highly recommend them!"

"All I can say is I cannot recommend this Elegant smiles highly enough! I found out about them while searching for a practice online after a filling in my lower left molar got chipped. I initially went to a different but highly regarded place, only to have the dentist not even examine my tooth for 10 minutes before telling me it had to be pulled. I wanted a second opinion and in my search, I heard of Elegant and made my appointment.Not only were they able to book me an appointment for the next day, but from beginning to end, provided exceptional service that really blew me away. I was treated by Dr. Phan who was able to properly examine my tooth in a variety of ways, testing sensitivity, x-rays, taking pictures, etc… before laying out the options for me to choose along with his professional recommendation. He was never pushy or in a rush, but gentle and understanding.After taking all my options into consideration, I chose to do a crown, and with that Dr. Phan was able to do the buildup the same day. I was able to complete the procedure last week and the whole thing couldn’t have gone smoother. The crown itself is also a perfect match for my teeth and feels completely natural. It is almost impossible to tell that I have had any dental work done. I am so impressed with the level of care and attention to detail that this place provides and as someone who is anxious around dentists, Dr. Phan and his staff did a great job putting me at ease.I also have to praise the rest of the staff as well as they were amazing beginning to end. Stacy & Kaela at the front desk who helped coordinate everything, Marisol & Annie who were the dental assistants who helped take care of me during my visits. "One day while searching for a great dental practice in Las Vegas, I discovered Elegant Smiles and loved what I read about the husband and wife dental team as well as the wonderful reviews left by happy clients. I was overjoyed when I found out that they accepted my insurance. 25 years ago I cracked a molar and subsequently chose to receive a dental implant from another specialist. My implant is doing just fine, but I love the experience Dr. Phan has in this area, so I chose him as my dentist. I am one happy patient!!!! I absolutely love this practice!!! All of the staff here, and Dr. Phan are so amazing! I have always been one to get dental cleanings every 3 months because I hate the feeling of tartar buildup. Dr. Phan did my cleaning 6 months ago ( my next one is less than 2 weeks away), and I have not felt bothered with tartar. Fabulous dentist! I’m confident his wife is also an amazing dentist as well. "10/10 Highly recommend. Doctors Huynh and Phan are phenomenal . I had severe damage from cancer treatments and grinding. While others wanted to give up, in a sense, and remove my teeth and have me use dentures, they had insight and compassion and formulated a treatment plan that not only solved the issue medically in the short term but had best outcomes for the long term as well. They took into consideration quality of life and mental health, they knew i didn’t want to have dentures when i’m basically still a teen (or 30 same difference lol)! Not only that they even helped us battle with the insurance company. The facility is comfortable, clean, and modern. They hire well the staff is always friendly and caring. The dentistry is impeccable, they make sure the work is not only quality but that you like it. Honestly, Elegant smiles was an answer to months of prayer the discomfort, the difficulty eating, the insecurity about my damaged smile have all gone away. I am forever grateful!"

"Thank you for the wonderful service I received today. I needed to get a lot of work done and was nervous about potential pain, because of my past experiences with other dentist offices. Dr. Huynh is the best dentist I have ever had, and treated this cry baby with the most gentle hands. She individually cleaned each tooth in my mouth, and I didn't even need numbing gel lol. Everywhere else I have been in the past left me traumatized and in pain, so what a relief it was to be given that extra reassurance and perfect end results. "I’m so happy to have found a dentist I will be comfortable to visit regularly. Sonia at the front desk was welcoming and so helpful looking up my insurance coverage. Dr Huynh was friendly and understanding and really good at explaining everything about dental care. I enjoyed the quick consultation with her before doing x rays and cleaning, it’s very reassuring. Annie, her assistant, was also really cool to talk to while she worked. The office itself is so modern and clean, I just loved my visit. Shortly after that, they offered me a professional solution for my teeth which required a good amount of dental work and fast. The pain was getting to the point where it just about unbearable. Elegant Smiles did an amazing job on my bridge, crown, and even tooth extraction. Given the circumstances, they still went above and beyond to help me and took every step possible to make certain I was very happy with the results. They have a machine that helps guide the amount of Medication and of course having a dentist that cares about your pain is a Must! I've been there 2 times, Monday for the top & Thursday for the bottom. My family is surprised that less than 24 hours after having all my bottom teeth pulled I'm doing things like nothing happened. Dr. Eileen Huynh is the BEST DENTIST I've ever had in 60 years that's saying something. Her husband Dr. Phi Phan is a wonderful dentist as well. From the minute you walk in you are treated like a good friend from Everyone you come in contact with. If you're looking for a dentist that you don't have to be nervous going to see.... Getting an appointment is easy and they are always flexible with busy schedules. I had two fillings and a cleaning this evening and it was quick and painless. This is huge for someone who is overly nervous about dental work. Annie and Dr. Nguyen took excellent care of me and I'm very pleased with the outcome. "I'm a very new patient who saw Dr. Hyunh for the first time. To start: I had an amazing experience with Isabelle at the front desk and booking the appointment to begin with (I really hope I have the name correct - if not, I apologize immensely, my hearing is not the best!). I originally booked my appointment before everything shut down for COVID and due to govt restrictions I had to be rescheduled twice. Each time I was given advance notice and an apology (although who needs to apologize for this right now??) Now that everything is open I was able to make another appt. When I came in today and gave her my ID she immediately said "Corinne - we're glad you made it." It was such a nice touch. I won't go into details on my exact appt with Dr. Hyunh but it had been awhile and she and ALL of the techs (Anne/Annie? & Cane? I'm so sorry if I'm butchering this.) were so nice and willing to answer all the questions I had. I have to get fillings replaced and I'm excited to do it so that should tell you everything!"
